The odds were mounted against us on this shoot but even rescheduling, bad weather, and a 20 minute time allowance couldn't stop us from getting some great shots of these adorable out-of-towners. I mean, look at those sweet girls. Good work team! 

The Hollands-Petree Family | Spanish Village, San Diego, CA

I just photographed another one of my favorite families and I can't help but love every photo of their cute faces. Terrie and I met and bonded after having preemies within a couple of months of each other. She has supported and influenced me as a mother so deeply and I'm so grateful for her friendship. Now our girls are pushing 4 years old and are the closest, cutest little friends I've ever seen. A great shoot with a great family. Love you guys.

Munkstown | San Diego, CA

I recently did some work for the incredibly cool Munkstown clothing company and I love the images we got. My lifestyle icon, Liz Galvin of Munkstown, picked the little models (one of whom may or may not be related to me) and they all did an amazing job looking effortlessly cool in the product. Thanks also to our stylist and child-entertainer, Stacy Circuit (that girls got moves). I'm a big fan of everything they're doing at Munkstown and can't wait to see their next line. Thanks guys!

Matt & Jess | La Jolla Shores & Balboa Park, San Diego, CA

We lucked out with another perfect fall day for this double-location engagement shoot. Jess and Matt are New York City transplants due to be married in the Midwest next fall... its all so transcontinental and romantic. A Marine's Homecoming | Miramar Airforce Base, CA

If you know this family, then you love them. Last week I photographed their reunion after a 7 month deployment, which I totally cried through, and these images are still making me smile and tear up. Its not every day that we can be so deeply touched by the reality of the sacrifices these servicemen and families make for our country. It is humbling and beautiful. I'm grateful to have been invited, and I'm grateful this is my job. Welcome home. Happy Veteran's Day everyone!

Hachtman Family | La Jolla, CA

Six months ago to the day of this shoot I photographed this gorgeous family at the birth of that sweet baby Jonas! Heidi is one of my closest and most cherished friends and I can't help but feel all warm and fuzzy while looking through these. I love those little boys like they are my own and was proud of them for being so incredibly smiley and cooperative. Even Gordon was a great sport (wink wink). Good work, team!
